Quodon Foundation

A group of University graduates (and graduating this year) students + computing professionals from around the world are starting a professional think tank group (Qudon Foundation). Aiming at three areas: Computing / Mathematics / Creative.

The first two are self explanatory and are the core of the group at the moment, the latter is aimed at expanding into creative production work such as graphics/music etc.

The Qudon Foundation is currently looking for programmers and experienced mathematians who are competent to a HND level (higher national diploma, or 2nd year undergraduate degree level) [i.e. very fluent in programming and/or mathematics].

It is being formed to allow members to ponder (and try and solve) problems of self interest [or a sub-set of the group members interest] and provide a means of publishing material under a unified mechanism. For example if a member has an interest in Fuzzy Logic they are free to research that area, publish their results - and if other members start expressing an interest in the area start work collectively either on further research or perhaps release of software etc.

The web site for the group is beginning to take shape and can be found at: http://www.qudon.co.uk or http://www.qudon-foundation.co.uk
